Welcome to Quilters 2

Quilters 2 is a group of quilters who come together regularly to enjoy fellowship and a common interest in the many aspects of quilting. The focus of the group is to produce quilts which are donated primarily to Tucson charities, although personal quilting is done as well. Materials used to produce charity quilts are all provided to the members at no cost. There is no membership fee.

During the peak winter season, there are over one hundred members of Quilters 2 who are engaged in whatever aspect of quilting they enjoy most. During the off season, about twenty members carry on the activity.

Quilters2 follows all CDC/Voyager Management guidelines regarding COVID 19.  We will update calendar and classes as details become known.  Also, check notices on the Palo Verde and HQ Room doors.  

What You Can Experience By Joining The Group?

Weekly Monday meetings in the Palo Verde room - a brief business meeting often followed by a demonstration, and then usually a very inspiring Show and Tell

Numerous classes from beginner to advanced – usually held on Wednesdays and Saturdays

“Quiltathons” (all day quilting sessions) – usually the last Saturday of the month in peak season

Q2 Handi Quilter basic, refresher, and advanced trainings

Making new quilting friends

Annual Quilters 2 Quilt Show at the Voyager in late February
